Preparing a Wagyu Steak for Cooking

Defrosting Instructions

You must remove the Wagyu Steak from the refrigerator. This process can take up to 48 hours. DO NOT defrost at room temperature or in the microwave – you will lose fat, and flavor and affect the integrity of the meat.
